So excited were we at the thought of lamb pies and 40 drafts on tap that we typo’d the name of the chef in charge! The man behind the Meddlesome Moth’s smoked Arctic char salads and Prince Edward Island mussels is Chad Kelley, not Brad, as we wrote in our May issue. We regret the error — and owe Chad a tall, foamy Franconia Dunkel.
