Stocked goods: For the past decade, Carrie Schwartzenburg ran the Rice Village boutique Raspberry Rose with her mother, Maureen Sweeney. Once mom retired and the fashionable Schwartzenburg hit her stride as a solo entrepreneur, she decided to branch out — across the street. The area, she decided, was wanting for shoe stores, so she stepped up and opened Loop — A Shoe & Accessory Boutique, a stylish pink-and-green shop that stocks footwear with price points ranging from $50 to $200.
