Rest your heels at Neiman Marcus on Wednesday, September 29, to get your stilettos signed by famed shoe designer Manolo Blahnik. The shoe czar will be there 1 to 3 pm, but he only signs shoes purchased that day in the store. Can’t make it to meet him?
