Neiman Marcus Salutes Fashion's Night Out

It started as a stylish New York party hosted by Vogue’s Anna Wintour and a proclamation by Mayor Bloomberg that September 10 would officially be deemed Fashion’s Night Out in New York. Soon everyone with an ounce of fashion fortitude from Boston to Brazil wanted in on it, and they took the initiative global to support fashionable endeavors worldwide. On Friday, September 10, 6 to 8:30 pm, Houston is back on board when Neiman Marcus celebrates Fashion’s Night Out with petite spa treatments, a “lash lounge,” cocktails, make-your-own cupcake stations (ours will be red velvet, natch), an art walk and a catwalk with fall must-haves as decreed by Ken Downing, the lauded store’s fashion director. Recap all the fun and tune in on Tuesday, September 14, at 9 pm, when CBS airs a prime-time special on Fashion’s Night Out across the globe. At Neiman Marcus; admission is gratis.
