Calling all window shoppers! Julie Hogg, head of PR at Clotheshorse Anonymoushas created another exciting window display as a tribute to Diana Vreeland, famous for her roles as editor of Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Inspired by the documentary “Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel,” Hogg has taken a few pages out of Vreeland’s magazine covers and transformed them into an exciting window display worthy of seeing in person. Celesta Segerstrom of Paint, Pot & Pen dressed the mannequins mimicking famous looks such as a floral green mink jacket worn by Twiggy on the cover of Vogue. The display also throws in a nod to Vreeland through quotes like “I adore that Pink! It’s the navy blue of India!” as well as the cover to the book, Diana Vreeland: Bazaar Years. Believe it or not, the dazzling display is made from paper (Segerstrom is a master!) so try not to be disappointed when the Clotheshorse fashionistas don’t let you snag the gorgeous red gown. Check it out for yourself before the mannequins are changed at the end of the summer. Clotheshorse Anonymous, 11661 Preston Road, 972.233.7005; clotheshorseanonymous.com
