Get going at Start, where husband-and-wife duo Erin and Mike McKool offer dine-in or drive-through healthy fast food at 4814 Greenville Avenue. Sans fryers or corn syrup, they’re serving up organic fare such as silver-dollar pancake sandwiches and baked chicken empanada … We’re shaking our maracas in excitement over OCHO Kitchen + Cocktails, opening mid-month just south of Preston Center.
