...because what I really want are the holiday dessert souffles at Rise No. 1. Run, do not walk, to Inwood Village and order the gingerbread and the pumpkin: They are insanely delicious — light, elegant, absolute perfection. And do hurry: The special souffles will disappear shortly after 2010 gets here. (Wish I could say the same for my champagne headaches.)
