Past Era Hits HADA

We got a sneak peak of the glorious goods local vintage jewelry boutique Past Era will have at the Spring HADA Antiques show, opening its doors for the weekend, tomorrow, at the George R. Brown Convention Center. Can we just say we envy the lucky lady that gets her hands on these Georgian Berlin Iron earrings, circa 1820, or the yellow gold and platinum Edwardian jadeite and diamond target ring, circa 1910. Also spotted, a gold and diamond compact mirror once owned by Andy Warhol, but by the time we made our way back to the shop to get a shot, it’d been sold! So the compact’s fifteen minutes may be up, but Past Era’s booth (#308), full of a bundle of baubles recently gathered from owner Marion Glober’s travels to Europe, are at the show through Sunday.
