I W Marks was all decked out in diamonds for Bellaire City Council candidate Roseann Rogers. Bijoux buffs perused the precious jewels and sipped wines from Houston-based Water 2 Wine while supporting the council hopeful, who is in this month’s runoff. Social gems: Cindi Rose, Robert Ramirez, Beverly Montgomery, Roz Pactor, and I W Marks’ main men Brad Marks and Daniel Marks.
