To celebrate the first anniversary of the Nidhika and Pershant Mehta Arts of India Gallery, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, brought together some 120 guests — an international fête that paired socialites and art types including namesake couple Nidhika and Pershant Mehta, Chong-Ok Matthews, MFAH director Peter Marzio and Asian art curator Christine Starkman, Rosemarie Johnson, Jaleh Sallee, and MFAH director of special gifts Valerie Greiner.
