The Young Friends of Houston’s Ronald McDonald House donned their best boots and rodeo duds for the 3rd Annual Country Ball at the Firehouse Saloon. Knowing no hoedown is complete without C&W music, co-chairmen Townsend Hilliard and Emily Wang roped in the Mark McKinney band and Seth James and Cody Canada from Cross Canadian Ragweed. Also keeping country cool were a silent auction and — what else? — a barbecue contest. Swingin’ their partners round and round: Jennifer and Brett Walker, Ebony and Warrington Goudeau, and RMHH’s Leigh Savage and Mikki Donnelly.
