More than 60 children and grandchildren of Houston Symphony League supporters rocked the runway to raise money for Music Matters!, the symphony’s education and outreach program. Donna Josey Chapman chaired the fashion show and luncheon at the River Oaks Country Club, accompanied by headlining speaker Lynn Wyatt. “Oohs” and “ahhs” met the mini models as they paraded in Neiman Marcus’ children’s spring collections. After the show, families partook in such cheery festivities as an instrument petting zoo (pat the piccolo) and balloon-clad clown acts. Melodic members: event co-founders Betty Tutor and Lucy Lewis, Symphony executive director/CEO Mark Hanson and wife Christina, Joanne King Herring, Catherine de Gramont, and Jo Furr.
