Who knew? Filets and philanthropy make a great combination. Muse boutique paired up with Fleming’s restaurant operating partner Sam Governale for a delectable meal, followed by a fashion show introducing Muse’s fall designs, to benefit Candlelighters, a charity that provides emotional and educational support to families undergoing cancer treatment in Houston. Salon owner Michael Kemper did the hair, and boutique owner Lindsay Mousoudakis dressed the models, who were Candlelighters supporters and cancer survivors. After the show, fashionistas moseyed over to Muse to pick out their new winter wardrobes. Fighting cancer with fashion: chairs Jessica Brazelton, Amy Glauser, Christy Jennings, Brittany King, Rachael Miclette, Lisa O’Leary, Katie Stanton, and Maggie Vermillion, along with Valerie Dittner, Paige Windham, Margaret Morris, and Melanie McTaggert.
