The first major fund-raiser for the Harris County Sheriff¹s Office
Foundation was a fine-dining smash, raising more than $400,000 toward the
nonprofit. The sold-out epicurean evening offered guests the culinary
equivalent of an all-star lineup: Chairman Deana Blackburn welcomed Bocuse
d¹Or Foundation board members Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Jerome Bocuse,
and Richard Rosendale, who prepared an inspired four-course dinner.
