“Glitter & Glam” was the theme that rocked Stages Repertory Theatre, channeling 1978 — the year the troupe was founded — at its annual gala. Dynamic design duo Shannon Hall and Marcus Sloan co-chaired Studio-54-inspired night, which started with cocktails and the silent auction reveal, then moved to the Stages Theatre courtyard for a dinner created by Brasserie 19, Coppa and Ibiza, paired with wines from The Tasting Room and Max’s Wine Dive. Stages performers belted out George Benson’s “On Broadway,” A Taste of Honey’s “Boogie Oogie Oogie” and the Bee Gees’ “How Deep is Your Love.” Saba Jawda and Sarah Jawda chaired the after-party at The Factory, arriving on a white horse, just as Bianca Jagger did almost 35 years ago. Swinging: the evening’s honoree Gary Chiles; auction chairs Dominic Cellitti and Leonard Rutan; board chair George Lancaster; Amy Sutton; Bill Caudell and Randy Powers; Allison and Miller Crosswell; Carolyn Farb; Greg Fourticq Jr.; Cabrina and Steven Owsley; and Lauren Taft.
