As  hotels go, it doesn’t get much more hyped or marquee than this.

The Dallas Cowboys joined representatives from the City of Frisco at the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the brand-new Omni Frisco Hotel, located at The Star. The hotel, which opened its doors to guests on July 24, brings another attraction to the Cowboys’ ballyhooed World Headquarters.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Robert Rowling, owner and chairman of TRT Holdings, spoke at the event to commemorate the union of the Cowboys and Omni brands.

“We’re the beneficiary of your vision,” Rowling said of Jones and his team. “Look what he’s done to redefine NFL headquarters. Cowboys do things with class – everything they do, their reputation is at stake. Omni is the same way.”

Connected to Ford Center, the modern hotel is infused with Cowboys-inspired decor, making it a dream destination for hardcore fans. The 16-story property includes 300 guest rooms and suites, 24,000-square-feet of meeting space, a 13,000-square-foot ballroom, as well as restaurants, bars and a boutique.

On the top floor, the two-bedroom Presidential Suite offers expansive views of The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ practice fields and the Championship Plaza.

“The Omni Frisco Hotel is truly a focal point of the luxury and entertainment experience we offer here at The Star,” Jones said.

The hotel brings three new bars and restaurants to Frisco: the Lobby Bar, which specializes in cheese and wine, the Edge Bar, which serves food and drink on the fourth floor pool deck, and an outpost of Nick Badovinus’ Neighborhood Services. The Omni Frisco location is the first and only Neighborhood Services to serve brunch.

In the lobby, the Charlotte Jones Collection boutique offers the most stylish of Cowboys merch. Think star-spangled Equipment blouses, and game day-ready wares from PAIGE Denim, Alexis Bittar, and more.

“If they give Halls of Fame for projects like this, we want to be the first inducted,” Jerry Jones joked.
