Note: Men of Menil, the museum’s annual black tie evening for men, is one of the most anticipated evenings of the Houston social calendar. Held in Richmond Hall, the Menil’s stunning site-specific neon installation by late American minimalist sculptor Dan Flavin, the event includes a formal seated dinner, expertly prepared cocktails and fine wines, and an outdoor cigar bar. Each year features a provocative blend of art and entertainment, from sporting feats such as champion fencing (“En Garde,” 2014) to impressive sleights of hand (“Evening of Magic,” 2011). The tradition continues in 2016 with an assortment of sophisticated comic talent headlined by Andrew Norelli, a notable comedian and regular guest of the late-night circuit.

Men of Menil provides significant support for the museum’s renowned exhibitions and public programs and helps ensure that the Menil Collection remains free of charge and available to all.

Tariff: Individual tickets from $1,500; tables from $10,000
