Benefit Cosmetics opens at the end of March at 4022 Villanova Drive in The Plaza at Preston Center, between Sprinkles Cupcakes and Apples to Zinnias; this will be the brand’s first Texas standalone boutique.

Closing Time
Timothy Oulton, British purveyor of home furnishings and decor, will shutter its Knox-Henderson store in early March to focus on other U.S. locations. In addition to his namesake brand, Oulton is known for designing numerous pieces for Restoration Hardware’s Mayfair Steamer Trunk Collection and Salvaged Wood Collection. The flagship Dallas gallery had been open for just over two years. Toodle-oo!

Better Than Galoshes
Water-sport enthusiasts, rejoice! Texas-based shoe brand Hari Mari launches its first all-rubber, water-friendly shoe collection, Dunes, for the spring/summer season. The stylish flip-flops have boat-safe outsoles, quick-dry nylon straps and grooved foot beds for added comfort. Another cause for celebration: Hari Mari celebrates three years in business this March. Shop the label at Stag, Culwell & Son, St. Bernard Sports, Whole Earth Provision Co., and Tyler’s.
