PaperCity has a controlled circulation model wherein a large portion of the monthly issues are delivered, via a home delivery company, to homes in the highest-income neighborhoods in each city. The balance of issues is available in each city's hottest restaurants, cafes, retail stores, coffeehouses, gourmet markets, bookstores, hair salons, spas, hotels and high-rises.

This controlled distribution method has long proven effective in developing strong readership and loyalty in the premium markets we target. There are recent circulation audits available for Dallas and Houston. Dallas currently has an ABC audit pending.
