The Most Unique Groundbreaking Ever: Game-Changing Corvalla Condo Development Comes in with a Party Roar, Brings Serious Style to North Texas

BY Promoted Series Correspondent // 10.09.17

A one of a kind luxury condominium development deserves a one of a kind party. And that is exactly how The Corvalla, a new luxe development near Frisco’s buzzed-about $5 Billion Mile, announced itself on the North Texas scene.

The Corvalla broke ground on September 9, but this was no ordinary golden shovel ceremony. Since it’s the first project of its kind in Frisco, The Corvalla team decided to have a fittingly unique event to kick off construction – complete with a lively after-party. Developers Robert Elliott Custom homes and Western Securities Limited brought some of North Texas’ most influential people out to the Westin Stonebriar for a full day of celebrating.

“This is the first groundbreaking where we have had a party afterwards,” Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney notes.

In many ways, The Corvalla is a game changer — and the party reflected that.

David and Lo Wire — the power couple who became Corvalla’s first official buyers — even went around selling others on why they jumped at the chance to change their lifestyle.

After the groundbreaking, an outdoor reception featured live music, icy handcrafted cocktails, and hand-rolled cigars. A mammoth round bar with upscale furniture from Perch Décor mimicked the look and feel that the Corvalla will bring. Then guests trickled inside for a seated luncheon and celebratory toasts.

The high-end condominium will introduce a new lifestyle to Frisco’s Stonebriar neighborhood. The Corvalla aims to merge the best parts of luxury single-home living with an amenity-filled, lock-and-leave lifestyle. The grounds are designed for resort-style living, with ample green spaces and outdoor entertainment. Not to mention, the residences come with a social membership to the Stonebriar Country Club next door.

The Corvalla’s grounds have been inspired by some of the world’s best resorts. Fittingly with that, Stonebrier Country Cub (and its two golf courses) is right next door. There is no need to drive to make your tee time. This is a home that’s also a retreat from it all (when you want it to be).

Now that’s something worth partying over.

“The Corvalla offers a fresh new design paired with the highest quality construction,” developer Robert Elliott says. “We have merged the high-end, transitional single-family home with the lock-and-leave lifestyle to accommodate an immediate need in Frisco.”

Guests mingled and enjoyed plenty of sunshine on The Corvalla’s big day.

As one of the country’s fastest-growing cities, Frisco has needed more centralized, urban living options. The Corvalla is a short distance from attractions like Stonebriar Centre, The Star at Frisco (the Dallas Cowboys new world headquarters), The Shops at Legacy and Legacy West.

The development will include 121 single-story flats ranging in size from approximately 1,700-square-feet to 3,000-square-feet. Residences start at $700,000 and have already started to be reserved in anticipation of its October 2018 opening.

The sales center, located inside the Westin Stonebriar, was built to resemble the interior of the finished homes and is now open. There is nothing quite like being able to see what your brand-new home is going to look like before it’s even built. The Corvalla is located at 5250 Town & Country Boulevard — with the sales center at The Westin Stonebriar Hotel & Golf Club at 1549 Legacy Drive.
