Mí Día From Scratch3310 Dallas Parkway, Plano, midiafromscratch.com. Join the celebration with a variety of tequila specials. From open to close, take advantage of the $5, $8, and $10 tequila flights, as well as 25 percent off extra añejo tequila full-ounce and half-ounce shots.

Water Grill Dallas, 1920 McKinney Ave., 214.306.7111, watergrill.com. Admire Water Grill’s extensive raw bar while sipping on their creative cocktails like the Lone Star. This exclusive-to-Dallas margarita is a blend of silver tequila and mezcal, agave syrup, lime, coriander, and sweet yellow and jalapeño peppers, finished off with a dusting of ancho chile salt.

Moxie’s Grill & Bar, 100 Crescent Court, moxies.com. For a fun social environment, swing by Moxie’s and enjoy a specialty drink, Straight Outta Cozumel, which includes Don Julio Blanco Agave Tequila, Texas orange, fresh basil, pineapple simple syrup, and fresh pressed lime.

Asador, 2222 Stemmons Freeway, 214.267.4815, asadorrestaurant.com. Located inside the Renaissance Hotel, this modern farm-to-fire restaurant is offering a tequila paired dinner experience. Start off with a cocktail featuring Campeon Reposado; follow it with three courses paired with tequilas for only $60 per person. Be sure to call for reservations.

Grayson Social, 1555 Elm St., 972.232.1728, graysonsocial.com. Spice it up a little with Grayson’s unique Thai Margarita, made with its homemade Thai-chili-infused tequila, Combier, lime juice, house-made honey syrup, and fresh Thai chili pepper.

Of course, Mi Cocina and Mr. Mesero never fail when it comes to tasty tequila cocktails. (Is there anyone who doesn’t like a Mambo Taxi or Size 2?) But if you can’t make it out, pick up a bottle of Casa Dragones Joven tequila ($275). Crafted with 100-percent pure agave harvested in Mexico, it’s easily sipped straight from the bottle.

This Just In: New hotspot José on Lovers Lane is celebrating tequila the entire week, offering a variety of features from its vendors. Rumor has it the Most Interesting Man in the World could make an appearance.
