What: Children at Risk hosts A Night in Tahiti

Where: Hotel ZaZa

Who: Event co-chairs Debbie and Stratton Horres, and Mi Chel and Dan Hagood; Children at Risk president & CEO Dr. Bob Sanborn; artist Taft McWhorter; Kara and Randall Goss, Kyle Jennings, Adrienne PublicvoerTakisha and Sidney Moncrief, and Marcia and Noe Hinojosa

PC Moment:  Patrons enjoyed Hotel ZaZa while sporting Caribbean chic fashions, including grass skirts, fedoras, and leis. Children at Risk’s “A Night in Tahiti” was certainly a night to remember, and included the best traditions of the islands: balmy breezes, steel drums, fruity drinks, and ceremonial dancing. The gala benefitted Children at Risk, a nonprofit that lobbies legislators on key issues including health and nutrition, human trafficking, public education, and parenting.

Randall Goss and Kyle Jennings won the most sought-after auction item, NBA All-Star weekend packages donated by Takisha and Sidney Moncrief.
