PC Moment: Stylish shoppers descended on the Preston Center boutique for an evening filled with exciting announcements as they celebrated the kickoff for the Mad Hatter’s Tea. Fashion illustrator Rongrong DeVoe unveiled the fabulous logo, revealing the theme for the spring event: Steel Magnolias. The 28th annual fête benefitting the Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum is set for Thursday, April 21.
