Famous Motown Kings Take Over Houston for the Grooviest Ball of the Year

BY // 05.04.17

Polish those dancing shoes, and get ready to groove at this year’s Alley Theatre Ball. Chairmen Florence and Tom Langford; Mady and Ken Kades; and Cynthia Petrello honor Randall H. Jamail, owner of boutique jazz label Justice Record Company, with a 70s-themed affair at Silver Street Studios.

Guests will enjoy fare courtesy City Kitchen while basking in the ambience created by Richard Flowers and The Events Company. Of course, musical sensation The Temptations are scheduled to put the cherry on top of the night’s festivities with a headlining performance.

The event concludes with a silent auction benefitting Alley Theatre’s comprehensive education programs including its Staging STEM Partner School Programs, in-school arts integration residencies, school tours, student matinees, and summer camps.

When: Saturday, May 6 at 7:00 p.m.

Where: Silver Street Studios

Tariff: From $1,000; tables from $10,000
