The Nasher Sculpture Center will be holding five lectures throughout the fall as part of its 360 Speaker Series with Nasher exhibition artists and special guests. The public is invited to develop greater understanding and insight about the ever-expanding definition of “sculpture.”
Nicole Eisenman explores the human condition in her powerful, critically acclaimed prints, paintings, drawings, sculpture, and mixed-media works. Her Sketch for a Fountain, which evokes a range of art historical references, is currently on view in the Nasher Garden. Immediately following Eisenmen’s lecture, guests are welcome to head to the Garden’s fountain for refreshing beer and savory brats!
