The 2025 Bayou City Art Festival – Downtown will be held on March 29th & 30th at Sam Houston Park and along Allen Parkway, in beautiful downtown Houston. Texas. More than 250 artists will come together with 20,000+ art-loving patrons for a dynamic weekend full of art, food, music, and entertainment.
