The annual Building Hope for Children Gala has benefited Casa de Esperanza for over 30 years. While much remains uncertain regarding event during COVID-19, Casa de Esperanza is pressing ahead to plan a special evening honoring Dr. Shannon Hayes, Dr. Kay Motil, and Dr. Marilyn Wilking. Each has served the children and staff of Casa de Esperanza faithfully over the years, providing pediatric services to their children, many of whom enter behind on immunizations or have never even seen a doctor. These dedicated community heroes have also provided much needed guidance to the organization and have been instrumental in Casa de Esperanza’s ability to safely care for children and keep staff healthy during COVID. The 2021 Gala will be co-chaired by Collier and Richard Blades, and Jacquelyn and Collin Cox.
Proceeds from the 2021 Gala will support Casa de Esperanza and its services for children throughout the Houston community.
The event is tentatively scheduled to take place at The Hobby Center.
