The General Consulate of Mexico in Dallas is excited to celebrate Mexican Independence with the Culinary Summit of Mexican Cuisine: Mexico of 1000 Flavors. The big celebration will feature commercial, artistic, academic, cultural, and entertainment activities, and most especially delicious gastronomic experiences complete with both traditional and haute Mexican cuisine.
The event will take place at SMU on Friday, September 13, and at the Dallas Farmers Market on Saturday and Sunday, September 14 and 15.
