Family Compass’ North Star Luncheon, an annual fundraiser to raise awareness on how to stop child abuse before it occurs, will be held on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Chaired by Judy Bennett Garner and Chey Fleming with Kathryn Woods as honorary chair, the event will include a seated lunch, a featured virtual speaker and recognition of this year’s North Star Award recipient.
While the event is currently planned as an in-person seated luncheon at Dallas Country Club, Family Compass staff alongside the event leadership committee are planning for a variety of potential scenarios due to the pandemic. Whether attendees are able to attend together, virtually from their homes or a combination of both, supporters can count on a memorable day.
