Join Genesys Works for the inaugural Ambassadors Luncheon, hosted by Genesys Works’ Intern Ambassadors from more than 30 high schools in five Houston-area school districts. These impressive young people will join guests at their tables and lead luncheon conversations on opportunity, access, and work-based learning. Chaired by Myrtle Jones of Halliburton and Elisabeth Nash of SCI, the afternoon will highlight the importance of equal access to the business community’s diverse range of opportunities for up-and-coming talent and feature keynote speaker, Lisa Fitzpatrick, President of Bloomberg Tax.
Genesys Works provides pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. Genesys Works interns gain real-world experience at companies like AIG, CenterPoint Energy, Halliburton, Kinder Morgan, SCI, Texas Children’s Hospital, Walter P Moore and Williams, among many others.
