Mix it up with Chef Jose Hernandez and master the art of cocktail making bar-side in Hotel Alessandra’s Lucienne restaurant. The hotel’s mixology series will continue in November with Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey, Blended Whiskey, and Outlaw Bourbon Whiskey.
The classes will cover the of history of bourbon, and will allow guests to make three classic cocktails, including a Passion Fruit Sour (Yellow Rose Whiskey, Liquid Alchemist passionfruit, lemon egg white); an Apple Spiced Smoked Old Fashioned (Yellow Rose Rye, Liquid Alchemist apple spice, bitters); and a Cobbler (Yellow Rose Single Malt, Sherry, tamarind, citrus).
