KXT 91.7 announces the KXT Summer Concert Series, presenting five free concerts at Klyde Warren Park this summer. The new series will feature performances from local and national acts, kicking off on May 26, 2023, and running through July 28. Each show will begin at 7 p.m. and feature intimate performances on the Klyde Warren Park stage with food trucks and beverages available for purchase for the perfect evening in the park. On June 9, Las Los and Paul of Paul & The Tall Trees open the show for Sunny War. Then on June 23, KXT’s own La Bell leads a stacked lineup including Gollay and Bandcamp. Indie-pop artist Honin opens the July 7 show, with a headlining set from Jacob Metcalf, a local alternative folk artist. And sending audiences off into the last stretch of summer is J Isaiah Evans & The Boss Tweed, joined by opener Frankie Leonie on July 28.
