Join Harold’s Restaurant, Bar and Terrace for the second New Orleans Master Chefs Dinner on Tuesday, July 11, at 6:30 p.m. For $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity, guests will learn the stories of the featured African American Master Chefs as they indulge in five courses of Louisiana cuisine. Harold’s Chef Antione Ware has prepared a wonderful menu, beginning with passed appetizers and bubbles, followed by Oysters Rockefeller, Shrimp Clemenceau, Pork Grillades and Pineapple Upside Down Cake for dessert. Each recipe is credited to a specific African American Master Chef of New Orleans and paired with wine selected by Chef Antoine. Reservations may be made online or by calling the restaurant at 713-360-6204.
