What
Anxiety is a growing mental health issue among America’s youth, showing no signs of abating. That’s why Okay to Say™ and The Hackett Center for Mental Health have teamed up with the Health Museum Houston to present a free screening of Angst, an engaging documentary that explores adolescent anxiety. This compelling one-hour film, which includes commentary by Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps, brings new attention to the issue, and helps viewers identify symptoms and deepen their understanding. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion of mental health with experts, parents and teens, including film co-producer Karen Gornick and Marcellina Melvin, Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute.
