What

The American Heart Association and Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center DeBakey Institute for Cardiovascular Education & Training have teamed up once again to offer free, life-saving CPR training to the Houston community this fall at Minute Maid Park. Guests will participate in short, interactive simulations that will teach the important, life-saving skills required to act quickly in the case of a cardiac emergency. This is the third year the two organizations have partnered on the event and together have trained many new lifesavers in the Houston area.

Four training sessions will be available on Saturday, October 1, starting at 9 am. Participants will be trained using the American Heart Association’s revolutionary CPR Anytime® kits and will take it home for free upon completion of the training. Free bilingual instruction will be available.

Online pre-registration is encouraged at www.houstonsavealife.com. All participants must be at least 12 years of age. Groups are welcome.
