Join Texans Can Academies at its annual Texas Can Academies.- Dallas Cares for Kid Luncheon, honoring Honorable Maurine Dickey for her commitment to the Dallas community. Every year, the luncheon recognizes individuals who exemplify family and community leadership, and benefit the students at the six Dallas Texans Can Academy campuses.

Funds from the event will go directly towards the college and career readiness efforts carried out at the Dallas campuses.
