What
Celebrate National Coming Out Day as we honor Judge Phyllis Frye with the Community Vision Award at the Montrose Center’s Out for Good Dinner. This year, we honor a local legend. Phyllis Frye began the national transgender legal and political movement. Therefore, she is lovingly referred to as the ‘grandmother’ of the transgender movement. Frye became the first, out, transgender judge in the nation when she was sworn in as a City of Houston Associate Municipal Judge in 2010.
Join us for a night of enchantment and entertainment as we come OUT for an amazing cause!
