Note: The U.S. Fund for UNICEF is proud to present the fourth annual UNICEF Audrey Hepburn Society Ball on May 24th, 2017, to celebrate the outstanding humanitarian leaders who make work possible; the evening’s event will raise critical funds for UNICEF’s lifesaving work and focus on bringing the community together to raise awareness around the heartbreaking issue Houston faces as one of the largest hubs for human trafficking in the nation; the evening would not be possible without the support of the Albert and Margaret Alkek Foundation; cocktail reception, seated dinner, live auction, musical performance by Michael Bolton, special guest Mayor Sylvester Turner. UNICEF Ambassador and actress Angie Harmon will receive the Spirit of Compassion Award for her committment to saving and protecting the lives of children in the United States and around the world. Rosanette and Harry Cullen will be presented with teh margaret Alkek Williams Humanitarian Award for their extraordinary contributions to the causes of children,health and education in the city of Houston and the state of Texas.
