What: AIDS Foundation Houston‘s “Dine Out for Life” day

Where: More than 40 restaurants across the city

PC Moment: Chairs Jessica Rossman, Michael Pearce, and Travis Torrence hit a number of the participating restaurants to spread the word on AFH’s mission of “Getting to Zero,” zero new infections and zero AIDS-related death and zero stigma. The fundraiser and friend-raiser was sponsored by Gillman Subaru. A percentage of the tab from every breakfast, lunch or dinner served at participating restaurants went to AFH’s programs. Joining the feeding fest were new restaurants such as Krisp Bird & Batter and Starfish and war horses including El Tiempo, Reef, Harold’s Restaurant in the Heights, and B& B Butchers.

All over town: AFH CEO Kelly Young, radio personality KG Smooth, Matt Burrus, Gordon Bethune,  Miya Shay, Edward Sanchez, Debbie and Rudy Festari, Dominique Sachse and Nick Florescu, Eliel Ramirez, Jennifer and Bryan Caswell, Anika Jackson, Staci Henderson, and AFH chief development officer Melody Patelis.
