PC Moment: With a gathering of 600 in support of the non-profit’s mission, Mayor Sylvester Turner and former Harris County Judge Robert Eckels took bows as honorees while four of the center’s STAR clients received standing ovations for their personal testimonies of recovery from personal challenges and success in finding gainful employment. Spencer Tillman and Cynthia Cisneros served as emcees of the luncheon that earned more than $237,000 for CRR training and employment services
