The Moores Society’s Dinner Concert Gala: An American in Paris

Get ready for Gershwin glam at the Moores Society’s Dinner Concert Gala: An American in Paris. Six-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald (you may also have seen her as the Mother Superior in NBC-TV’s The Sound of Music Live! or The Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street on PBS last year) will perform, as will the Moores School Jazz Orchestra, directed by Noe Marmolejo. Kelli Cohen Fein and Nancy Strohmer chair the 28th annual event, with honorary chair Margaret Williams and emcee Ernie Manouse. David Ashley White will receive the John Moores Award at this PaperCity-sponsored black-tie evening.
