The Ultimate Nails Party: Chic New Salon Draws Houston’s Hottest Young Professionals

BY // 03.04.17

What: Paloma Grand Opening Fête

Where: Paloma nail salon in BLVD Place

PC Moment: After three months adjusting to its new BLVD place digs, Paloma — Houston’s newest non-toxic nail salon — celebrated its debut with a posh grand opening fête inside the salon. The chic surroundings attracted more than 100 party guests, who indulged in pink Paloma cocktails and savory bites from neighboring restaurant North Italia.

In true Paloma fashion, patrons were treated to the brand’s signature Quick Fixe manis, touting vibrant spring polish hues from Deborah Lippmann, Chanel, Lauren B, and CND — all non-toxic, of course. Ceron Studio‘s expert stylists were also on hand, bestowing elegant party ponies on eager manes.

No party is complete without a little swag. The first 50 guests walked away with gift bags filled with exclusive hand-picked products from salon owner Maryam Naderi — think mini Deborah Lippmann nail polish, SpaRitual body scrub, Lauren B. hand scrub, a travel size Egyptian Magic, and a SoulCycle class pass.

Who: Paloma owner Maryam Naderi, Luxington boutique owner Terin Matlock, Kathryn Worsham, Shireen Owlia, Lauren Barrett, Lauren FarmerSarah Deutser, and Leslie Strauss
