Not many things can top a fresh-baked pie, especially on National Pie Day. But if baking isn’t your forte, the insane amount of Internet recipes can get a bit (okay, extremely) overwhelming. We were lucky enough to have Houston’s award-winning pastry chef & Dessert Gallery founder Sara Brook swoop in and save the day with one of her favorite at-home pie recipes: Sugarhero‘s Mile High Apple Pie.
