Classes ($45 each) begin on Monday, October 3, and will run through the end of the year. Body-customized fitness DVDs, apparel, nutritional supplements, and more will also be available at an in-studio boutique.
Studio hours: Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 7 pm; Friday, 6 am to 1 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 12 pm. For more information, contact studio manager Devon Hogan, dallas@tracyandersonmethod.com.
