Get ready to sweat it out like the celebs: Tracy Anderson, fitness trainer to stars including Gwyneth Paltrow, Kim Kardashian, Victoria Beckham, and Jennifer Lopez, is opening a pop-up studio in a portion of the former Scoop store in Highland Park Village.
Anderson coined the Tracy Anderson Method, which whips her clients into shape by focusing on accessory muscles in muscular structure and dance cardio classes.
Classes ($45 each) begin on Monday, October 3, and will run through the end of the year. Body-customized fitness DVDs, apparel, nutritional supplements, and more will also be available at an in-studio boutique.
Studio hours: Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 7 pm; Friday, 6 am to 1 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 12 pm. For more information, contact studio manager Devon Hogan, dallas@tracyandersonmethod.com.
