She was Gourmet magazine’s executive chef and food editor of ABC’s Good Morning America, and now she’s on a national book tour that’s bringing her to Houston. Her name is Sara Moulton, and you’ll want to reserve a spot in her cooking class, where you’ll learn to make warm shrimp salad, Cubano burgers, and a Creamsicle pudding cake. Moulton, who just published her fourth cookbook, Sara Moulton’s Home Cooking: How to Make Everything Taste Better, will be using Chantal Induction 21 Steel cookware, a line of pots and pans made with Japanese steel. Moulton’s books and selected Chantal products will be on sale at the event.
