The Wine Doctor and a Houston Restaurant Giant Come Together for a Special Dinner

The wines of Dr. Madaiah are well worth your time and money, and the cuisine of Tony Vallone (he of Tony’s, Ciao Bello, and Vallone’s) has been lauded and loved for years. How about an evening of the two? You’re in luck, because it’s happening soon.

On September 29, the wine and the food will come together at Vallone’s and there’s line-caught halibut, Wyoming elk chop, and Alexana Late Harvest Riesling involved. Reservations are required, and you don’t want to miss this.
