New Men’s Store Opens in Dallas’ Most Ruggedly Cool Neighborhood
Are You Ready to Love Your Beard?
By Linden Wilson Jobe //
The ruggedly cool neighborhood of Oak Cliff has a new resident: menswear boutique DLM Supply Co., adjacent to Joy Macarons and artisanal-wares shop Set & Co.
Against a canvas of exposed-brick walls, concrete floors, and yellow pendant lights, DLM stocks men’s clothing, accessories, gear, and gadgets from manly labels Filson, Raleigh, Billy Reid, Portuguese Flannel, Relwen, Rodd & Gunn, La Paz, and more.
DLM is owned by Texas Christian University grad and Oak Cliff denizen Deavon Moore. She has honed in on Manready Mercantile grooming products and Le Baigneur beard oils and balms and stocked DLM with Iron and Resin serape blankets ($45); JPT America brass pens and pencils (from $26); Randolph Engineering aviators (from $169); Throne Watches vintage timepieces (most $200); Marvis toothpaste (from $6); and shoelaces, fabric wax, boxers and pocket squares, not to mention cool, rugged menswear and footwear.
DLM Supply Co., 837 W. Davis St., 469.917.8081.
