WHERE: 51Fifteen Cuisine and Cocktails inside the new Saks Fifth Avenue
WHO: Contour Interior Design founder and TV personality Nina Magon; host committee: Baanou owner Maryam Afshari, celebrity fashion stylist Todd Ramos, Squid Inc PR owner Sydney Dao, The Vintage Contessa owner Donae Chramosta and Be-Design owner Adrian Duenas; emcee KHOU meteorologist Chita Johnson.
PC MOMENT: A grand party took place in Saks Fifth Avenue’s 51Fifteen Cuisine & Cocktails, recognizing Contour Interior Design, the interior design firm behind the space, and celebrating the 8,000-square-foot restaurant’s grand opening. Guests enjoyed a Brazilian-themed Carnaval night complete with cocktails, light bites, music and performances by the LD Dance Company. A portion of the silent auction and ticket sales benefited Dec My Room, a non-profit organization that helps make long-term hospital stays more comfortable for juvenile patients.
