PC Moment: You don’t ever need a real reason to pop open some bubbly, but toasting to 10 years of celebrity chefs and young professionals raising money to fight cancer is a great one. The effervescent crowd sampled dishes from Dallas’ best, including Abacus, Parigi, Nobu, and, of course, Fearing’s. Bartender Eddie “Lucky” Campbell was on hand to pour classic cocktails with a signature bubbly twist.
