PC Moment: Advocates for Equest gathered to celebrate and announce the chairs for the philanthropy’s annual gala this April. Guests were joined by Miss Texas Teen and Equest’s miniature pony duo Cisco and Dare.
Samuel Lynne Galleries provided the backdrop (and the beverages) for the kickoff. This year’s Equest Gala will be held Saturday, April 29 at 7 pm at Texas Horse Park and the theme is “Field of Dreams.”
Who: Equest CEO Lili Kellogg; gala co-chairs Kathy and Jeromy Fielder; honorary co-chairs Lynn and Allan McBee; Equest co-founder Susan Schwartz; Equest chairman of the board Andy Steingasser; Miss Texas Outstanding Teen Heather King; Samuel Lynn co-founder and artist J.D. Miller and wife Lea Fisher Miller; and artist and photographer Laura Cope, who will donate a horse photograph to the first gala sponsor to give at least $15,000.
